About the founder

Tanya Castle didn’t start in sales—she landed in it. From reporting in Africa to communication roles at the UN and international organizations Tanya’s path in sales has been anything but traditional. Her first sales role was for a start-up Ugandan company that made menstrual hygiene products  – Tanya’s job, to grow the market across East Africa. This was where she attended her first conference, selling washable reusable sanitary pads to mostly men to include in humanitarian aid packages. Now, more than a decade later, several sales positions and hundreds of conferences, she’s built a successful sales career across multiple industries. With HTC, Tanya is sharing everything she wishes she knew back then, everything that she had to learn on her own over years —so you can show up, stand out, and sell out at every industry event.
